Camposol Bargain Properties

Mercers were one of the first UK estate agents to represent the developers of Camposol back in 1996. We started with many acres of undulating countryside which has now been turned into a small town and one of the most popular urbanisations in the Spanish province of Murcia.


Whether for retirement, a holiday home or for a straight investment, the choice of properties is amazing.

What does Camposol Have to Offer


For most of our clients, this is their first time buying a property in Spain. Therefore it is of paramount importance that you get what you want, not only from the property but also from the community and what it has to offer.

This is just a brief list but needless to say there is very little you cannot do or buy on Camposol.


For the average customer Camposol is the ideal entry into buying, owning and hopefully moving to this wonderful part of Spain. It is a very safe environment with lots to do and plenty of clubs and groups to join. Really a 'home from home' but with fantastic weather and a lifestyle that would be impossible to achieve in the UK.


Things to do


The most obvious thing to do on Camposol is to enjoy the challenging par 72 golf course. However there is a whole host of recreational and social clubs and societies that would offer something to everyone.


The golf clubhouse hosts many social functions including dances, concerts, jazz nights, barbecues and so on. The 4* hotel also hosts larger functions meanwhile the Spa and gymnasium is open to all.


Every summer Camposol hosts its very own fiestas. A great mix of typical Spanish flavoured fun where the whole community comes out to celebrate. There is flamenco dancing, fireworks, live music, discos, culinary competitions, golf and bowls tournaments, Spanish horses - in fact a weekend of family fun in the sun!


There are too many clubs, groups and societies to list here. Suffice to say everyone is catered for - old and young. From book societies to car clubs, aerobics classes to Spanish lessons, walking groups to diving clubs.


The great advantage of Camposol is that if you fancy a Cornish pasty and a pint (let's face it we all do sometimes) or something more authentic, such as a selection of homemade Spanish tapas along with a glass of wine, it is all here.


Why Camposol?


If you look at all of the 'ingredients' listed above, then add into the mix a wonderful choice of built and established properties at exceptional prices, why would you look elsewhere?


Yes, you could buy a house in a rural village or a farmhouse with land. To be frank, most of us have had the romantic dream of owning an old Spanish farmhouse or village house (some of us have even done it, to our regret). But and this is a big BUT, unless you speak good to fluent Spanish, are prepared to put up with old and often substandard plumbing, electrics, septic tanks, no telephone or internet and neighbours you cannot understand, then please think very carefully what it is you want from Spain and living here.


Camposol might not be perfect (is anywhere?) but when put into context it sure beats struggling to live in wet and miserable Britain. With 320 days of sunshine a year, a temperate climate with hot dry summers and warm bright winters, the climate alone is enough to tempt most people.
