Chris has been selling freehold Spanish property since 1982, over 27
years.
Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and affiliated
to the C.E.I, the European Confederation of Estate Agents.

Often consulted by journalists for both national newspapers and

Great knowledge and love for all things Spanish.
Widely travelled throughout Spain and will only sell properties in
the areas that he considers to be the best. Therefore not
necessarily the most commercially minded of agents but certainly one
that invests where his clients do.
Chris is always on the look out for new and exciting areas and
indeed was one of the first UK agents to advertise the Costa Calida
over 13 years ago and then launching the Costa de la Luz, one of the
so called “lost Costa’s” 8 years ago.
